We know plans can change. That’s why our packages are designed to be flexible wherever possible. In most cases, you can make changes up to a set period before your event. Any deadlines, minimum numbers, or conditions will always be clearly outlined in your quote.

Yes, absolutely. You can book using estimated group numbers, and your quote will clearly show pricing for different group sizes. If a few people drop out later, that’s usually fine as long as you stay above the minimum numbers outlined in your quote.

Your quote will include pricing based on different group sizes, so you can easily see how the cost changes if numbers increase or decrease. This gives you flexibility while planning and helps you make decisions before confirming final numbers.

To secure your booking, we ask for an initial £100 deposit. After that, each member of the group will pay a £50 deposit within two weeks of the initial booking. Final balances are usually due around six weeks before arrival. Some elements, such as villas or special venues, may have different payment terms, and these will always be clearly explained in your quote.
