What's the difference between the six themed packages?

Each package has its own distinct theme, colour scheme, decor, cocktail menu, and food station — so the overall look, feel, and vibe is completely different from one to the next. The core structure is the same across all six (themed setup, DIY cocktail station, pool inflatables, food station, and hen games) but the styling and menu are tailored to each theme.

Do all packages include the same food and drinks or does it vary by theme?

It varies by theme — that's part of what makes each package feel genuinely different rather than just a colour swap. The cocktail menu is themed to each package and the food station is styled to match. Full details are shown when you expand each package card on this page.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to book a villa party package?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible — especially for summer weekends. Our suppliers get booked up quickly in peak season and villa party packages require coordination across multiple elements. We'd recommend confirming your package at the same time as your villa booking, or as soon as your dates are confirmed.

Question 4

Can we customise a package or change elements of the theme?

Accepted Answer

To an extent — we can accommodate certain requests and tweaks but the packages are designed as complete themed experiences so significant changes to the theme or menu aren't always possible. If you have something specific in mind get in touch and we'll let you know what's achievable. Optional add-ons like a DJ, frozen cocktail machine, or additional catering are available across all packages.

What time does the party setup arrive at the villa?

Accepted Answer

This is agreed in advance and built around your group's schedule. We'll confirm the setup time when we send your itinerary — typically a few hours before you want the party to begin so everything is ready and in place when you need it.

Question 6

How long does the setup take and will it disrupt our morning?

Accepted Answer

Setup typically takes one to two hours depending on the package. We'll agree the timing in advance so it fits around your plans — if you want a relaxed morning by the pool before the party kicks off, we'll schedule the setup accordingly so it doesn't interrupt your day.

Question 7

Is the cheeky butler included in all packages?

Accepted Answer

Not in all packages — some include a cheeky butler as part of the entertainment and others don't. Check the individual package details to see what's included in your chosen theme. A cheeky butler or stripper show can also be added as an optional extra to any package.

Question 8

Can we add a DJ to any package?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a DJ setup is available as an optional add-on across all six packages. Get in touch when you enquire and we'll include it in your proposal.

Question 9

How many people do the food and drinks stations cater for?

Accepted Answer

Our packages are designed for standard hen group sizes — typically 10 to 30 people. If your group is larger or smaller than this range, just let us know when you enquire and we'll confirm whether quantities need to be adjusted and if there's any impact on pricing.

Question 10

Are the cocktail ingredients alcoholic only or are there non-alcoholic options?

Accepted Answer

The DIY cocktail stations are designed around alcoholic bases but most can be adapted for non-drinkers by leaving out the spirit and using the mixers, garnishes, and juices on their own. If you have guests who don't drink, let us know when you book and we'll make sure they're catered for.

What happens if it rains — can the party move indoors?

Marbella has over 300 days of sunshine a year so rain during hen season is very rare. Most of our villas have covered outdoor areas and generous indoor living spaces that can accommodate the group if needed. We'll always have a contingency in mind and will advise you based on your specific villa.

Can we book a villa party package without booking our villa through you?

Our villa party packages are designed to work alongside a villa booking made through us — this way we can coordinate everything seamlessly with the property and ensure timings, access, and setup all work perfectly.
