The day starts with a champagne breakfast — choose Full English or Continental, with half a bottle of cava per person included. Full English covers all the classics: pork sausages, bacon, eggs, grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns and toast. Continental keeps it lighter: French pastries, toast and preserves, a fresh fruit grazing salad, muesli with yoghurt, dried fruits and nuts. Either way, the group eats well before the day properly begins.

As the afternoon arrives, grazing boards appear to keep everyone going. Then the main event — choose between a 3-hour cocktail masterclass where the group learns to make five proper cocktails from scratch, or 2 hours of unlimited cocktail service if the group would rather be poured for. Both work brilliantly. It just depends on the group.

The day finishes with a full BBQ — prime beef burgers, Spanish sausage selection, garlic and herb chicken skewers, two salads, two sides and sauces. Vegetarian options available throughout.
